rakeback query

Hi guys,

could someone tell me when the rakeback accounts get updated? Mine hasnt been updated for 2 days, i have also heard that some peeps dont get it payed on time as well, is this a usually thing?

Any comments would be helpfull. TY

The whole site and back end (rake back section) has undergone a huge update and for some reason, some of the stat updates are not collecting as they should be now.

But this is being worked on as we speak. The company that deal with all of the technical issues are PAS and they are a super team of people that strive to get things fixed ASAP.

thx for the quick reply broker, i understand that you have had a recent update for the whole site, i was just a little concerned about the updates regarding the rakeback, hope your team sort the issues out asap seeing that this site and its members do appreciate all that you do for us.
