Hi guys,
As a beginner myself it takes a long time for the info to sink in and after a week of aggros and bad beats I re watched and remade notes on videos this week. Quickly found I had mixed up my stategies.
Everyone new to the course and site please do rewatch them. It is so easy to make mistakes.
Any other beginners do that then realise they have mixed up the information and play incorrectly against the wrong player type?
Fell into the habit of misreading and misplaying calling stations and tight players.
Fortunately I have since had a few days of normal fish, even fishier than myself lol.
Although I did play one absolute shove monkey and after 3 shoves in a row of his that I folded to, snap called with JJ to his 44. It was taken down not just in a normal way of trips, the board hit A2J with a 3 on the turn that was not helpful when the river came, you guessed it........
5!!!!!!
Playing exclusively the $1 on Full Tilt, managed to get to nearly 12 buyins down before rewatching the vids and am on the way back up. Rakebackpros have sorted rakeback too.
Even won a few last night whilst hammered...... |
