playersonly.com is leaving the cake network...its joining the merge network from the 15th of april..there player traffic will improve immensley,to safe me emailing support on tagged (idle moad) will the rakeback deal be still affective?

Yes if you have rakeback setup than that should all stay the same no matter where they move to...

No you should stay the same but I'll double check. New rakeback accounts will probably drop to 30% but existing ones should stay the same.

I'm just going to move this to the rakeback section.

BROKER..MY RAKEBACK ACCOUNT HASNT BEEN UPDATED SINCE 31ST OF MARCH..I HAVE EMAILED SUPPORT 6 DAYS AGO AND NO REPLY...MY RAKEBACK FOR MARCH HAS NOT BEEN FORWARDED TO MY ACCOUNT!!..CAN I PLEASE GET SOME SIMPLE QUESTIONS AS TO WHY NOT??

to all members whom wish to use this site for rakeback deals, i would seriously consider not using it, i have had an account since march, my graph for april hasnt been updated at all, my rakeback has not even been payed to me, and all i get in responce is we are dealing with it? think TWICE about using the rakeback deals on here.

To be fair I understand that you're upset with the updates and situation but this is the first time this issue has ever come up.

Your poker site changed network and as someone else on the other skin had your username, you had to change yours.

Now you did ask if that was going to be an issue and I've personally been in contact with the poker room and our rakeback support staff, trying to get an answer for you.

After having no response to your questions I posted on the affiliate managers forums to make sure some light was shed on this issue and you'd get the answer that you were looking for.

Here is the forum post following our PM's after not having any joy from the poker room in question or the affiliate manager directly:

To be fair the guys at PAS (Poker Affiliate Solutions) are usually red hot and this is very unlike them to not have something sorted in super fast time.

As I said to you in our PM's, you come first and I am making every effort I can to sort this out and if you're owed any money whatsoever that doesn't come through, I will personally pay you out of my own pocket.

As anyone who knows me will hopefully agree, I'll do anything I can to help you guys and you will not go short. This delay is very out of the norm and I hope it will all be sorted out very soon.

I can only apologise that you're unhappy with how long it's taking, I really am committed to getting it sorted out.

Nah, just kidding...

Rakeback's working great.
Never had any problems with Tagpoker rakeback...
Also never had problems with Dom - he's the type of guy that will stay up all night and help you if you have a rakeback issue. He's a true giver.
