Hello everyone !
I have finally decided to have a more active role in this forum, start a bankroll thread and post more hands as it is really retarded of me to stumble upon this great place and not learn and share ideas and knowledge as much as I could.
My HUSNG poker journey started a year ago when I signed up for Brokers course and for the first time my game had structure and plan so I immediately started beating 5 and 10s on fulltilt with 15% roi however my every attempt at 20s failed as I simply didn't understand variance and thought that losing 10-15 buyins simply means I suck and need to move down despite being rolled for 20s.
Couple of months ago I had a huge downswing (35 buyins) but a good thing about it was that I asked Blazing Saddler for help who did quite a bit of work with me and took my game to a whole new level, so after Brokers great course, coaching from Blazing and almost 3k husngs played I hope I will finally be able to move away from 10$ / 7euro games !
My graphs so far :
Stars:
Full Tilt:
And my super bumpy shot at 15 euro games on stars so far:
Click to download file
My bankroll stands now at little over 1k dollars and I am allowing myself a 10 buyin shot at 15euro games if things don't go well I will go back to 7euro games, regrind and repeat.
Thats it, I appreciate any comments/feedback/advice and take care ! _________________ Signatures are a gift to long term forum members that are very involved in helping others out. |

Nice Work there mate. Your graph should be the envy of many HUSNG players.
Having done a fair bit with you, my thoughts are this. I think you underestimate how good you are, and how good you can actually be. Like sure, there have been some issues, like the leakfinder Broker did for you, was hard to believe that was the same player that I had seen play just days before.
So I think what you need to do, is work on cutting out the spew, focus on the fundamentals that hopefully Brokers Course, a bit of advice from me, and your hard work in general has taught you, then you can gradually build on your game from there.
Hopefully the work you did with me has helped you in some way. I genuinely hope you do well, been a pleasure working with you. You should take a more active roll on the forum, if only to brag about those graphs.
Good luck mate, smash it up !!! _________________ "Cos that's what I do" |

Thank you for the kind words !
Here is the first update:
Won 5 buyins today which includes suffering one super suckout and losing a flip so pretty happy with my game and results. My volume sucks though (only 12 matches) as I am single tabling until my bankroll gets more robust then I will add another table.
Plus my favorite hand of the day vs spewy guy who would bluff in obvious spots and slowplay in most retarded situations:
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 15 Tournament, 20/40 Blinds (2 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
BB (t1280)
Hero (SB) (t1720)
Hero's M: 28.67
Preflop: Hero is SB with 3 , A
Hero bets t80, BB calls t40
Flop: (t160) J , 3 , 3 (2 players)
BB bets t120, Hero calls t120
Turn: (t400) 10 (2 players)
BB bets t1080 (All-In), Hero calls t1080
River: (t2560) J (2 players, 1 all-in)
Total pot: t2560
Results:
Hero had 3 , A (full house, threes over Jacks).
BB had Q , Q (two pair, Queens and Jacks).
Outcome: Hero won t2560
Bankroll now stands at 1120 $, now I have a 15 buyin cushion before being forced to move down, gl everyone ! _________________ Signatures are a gift to long term forum members that are very involved in helping others out. |

Nice job. Don't let it get you down if you hit a bad streak, you are easily good enough. 12 matches in a day 1 tabling isn't all that bad, I think 15 is a pretty solid achievable volume goal per day 1 tabling. _________________ "Cos that's what I do" |

Here is the update for November :
560 games +498$ 6% ROI
Super brutal and swingy month as you can see from my ugly #giraffe#, finished 22 buyins below EV but at least I pulled my bankroll up a bit and got comfortable at 15 euro games.
Stuff I am happy about this month is volume, my first 500+ games month and that includes at least 120 4 man shootouts so pretty happy with that.
Things I am NOT happy about are huge rage tantrums after losing 10+ buyins which happened at least twice every week this month and spewing at least 10 buyins on most retarded plays and calldowns ever. I have been trying to combat that with meditation/deep breathing focusing on long termgoals but little improvement so far, maybe I should try some tranquilizers
Another thing is not asking enough questions in the forum about spots where I am completely lost which is just stupid as there are really a lot of great people here willing to help and share their knowledge.
I will be having some coaching from Broker on friday and really looking forward to that and in december I will mostly focus on 15$ 4mans as they seem super soft and probably offer the best hourly for my current bankroll.
Thanks everyone for all your help and take care ! _________________ Signatures are a gift to long term forum members that are very involved in helping others out. |

Here is the December update:
I have had a terrible end of November- beginning of December so I have decided to dedicate more time to studying the game, plugging the leaks and worry less about volume and I think that decision really payed off.
Had a coaching session with Broker which plugged a mega leak and he showed me spots where I should be more aggro and test opponents more, also had a coaching session with phmerc which was cool and pretty informative. Besides I have revisited all the lessons from the Brokers course and watched some vids on HUSNG and as a result my ROI in the last 200 games is close to 20% !
Here is the graph for December, half the volume of November but more profit and I am much happier with my game now:
271 games +540$ 11% ROI
Happy holidays to everyone and take care ! _________________ Signatures are a gift to long term forum members that are very involved in helping others out. |
