HEM issues

Hey guys I'm having some real issues with HEM.

When I check my 4 man results my graph is at 208% and looks like I have never lost a game but the opposite is true with super turbo results and it's like -25% and looks like I have almost never won?

Does this sound like an issue anyone else has had?

Humm just played a super turbo where I got it in as a huge favorite and my red line EV is heading right down!!??

Something is really wrong with my HEM and I have no idea what it could be?

Check the "finish" and "$ Won"columns in data view to see if you are getting money for finishing 2nd. I have this issue HEM 4 man HUSNGs and it's really annoying.

Is there a big difference between "$ Won" and "$EV Won" for the super turbo match in question?

the red line thing in the ST sounds wierd :S did you get it in in other parts of the match???

and the angler is right if you came in 2nd alot in your 4 mans it thinks you won 1BI (as if it was a 2man game) since you won the first table, sort for games where you came second and see if its giving you money you don't have!!

Also if you came 3/4 somtimes it won't register it was a 4 man and record that you came 4th out of 2 people!! hence when you switch to looking at game with 4 players or above HEM thinks these games are out of 2 people and dismisses them! All of this means combined with the fact that HEM doesn't register STs as being STs (it thinks there reg speeds! ) means that when you filter for 2 man games your getting your ST results + all the 4 mans that you came 4/3 in!!!!!

Unfortunately the only fix is to go though the games manually and change all the games to there correct settings! I usally check HEM and the end of my session for these kinds of faults!

Post the HH of the ST and exact figures HEM is giving you and i might be able to work it out!

HEM hates HUSNGs ;(

I posted in my blog a few weeks back about the red line. I got 2 outered then lost the next all in a huge fave and the red line went down. Now my red line is missing from most of my games, it's all f*cked up.

And HEM isn't recording my shootouts properly either. It's giving me wins when I don't win and I have to manually edit them. I think it's giving me wins when I finish 2nd.

All you can do , is keep complaining on their forums, they get round to it eventally, but don't hold your breath, it isn't their main concern. Not slating them, they do good work, but HUSNG is a tiny part of the picture.

Sorry guys for bringing this back from the dead, but....are you guys still faced with this issue?

Being from the US, I just started playing casually again on Carbon and am running into the same issue. Every game I lose HEM tells me that i'm making +EV moves and games that I win, I'm told I'm making -EV plays. I'm moderately confused as to what is going on. I finally realized something was fishy when I was doing a game review and HEM is telling me my AJ suited call against villian's K4 push is -EV. Is there any sort of fix?

edit:I've manually had to adjust all the tourny's that I've played in so far.

For all I know, this issue has been fixed a long time ago. Might still get a few glitches, but that would be fine.
