Yes, yes, yes!!!
Finally getting that redline moving in the right direction!!!!!!!
Looks like having an expert on Holdem Manager is really doing the trick for you.
What do you think has helped the most in this transition from losing redline to winning? _________________ Heads Up Poker Course

Has been multi-faceted improvement imo. Probably just thinking everything through and weighing up all options critically before doing anything, as opposed to just autopiloting and making a load of 'standard' decisions. Not autopiloting really is the key to good red line poker. Dropping the number of tables helps a lot. I think whilst your really improving, 4 tables is the most +EV amount.
Some strategic adjustments: more advanced hand reading, folding less on later streets when the SPR is much lower, thoughtful bet sizing, defending blinds more, stealing more from the BU and CO, 3betting more, double and triple barrelling more (but in a logical way), but above all smarter continuation betting!!!!
EDIT: forgot to mention something very important for red line. THIN VALUE BETTING!!!! don't underestimate it. Super important for the green line too tbh. _________________ "We do not see the world as it is, we see the world as we are" Anais Nin |

started my shots at 25nl today. super swingaments really, I was down $175 and then just went on a minor upswing to +20. Finally finished the day down $20. meh
The key to beating the higher stakes is gonna be to play at the right time of day. 1am GMT onwards seems to take me to fishville and is just super profitable all round. All the American recreational players are on at what are the wee hours of the morning for me
Really happy with how I played over my 2k hands or so. Not many mistakes whatsoever. Good solid poker with a few nice moves thrown in for good measure _________________ "We do not see the world as it is, we see the world as we are" Anais Nin |

lost 130 or so last night to some real run bad. went like this: QQ<KK, KK<QQ, AK<AA, AA<AK. cbets/3bets/barrels weren't getting through. nothing worked tbh.
had a better session then, won 60. not bad considering the tables were toughish. just managed to create some interesting dynamics with the other regs and outadjust them I think _________________ "We do not see the world as it is, we see the world as we are" Anais Nin |

Ignore this advice. Stay away from Victoria, NSW or QLD are the places to be, especially with summer coming up. |

hehe, staying with my Dad in Brunswick Heads, NSW for the most part. I grew up there, just been living here for about 14 years :S .
Might go down to Melbourne at some point to stay with some friends and try to get some work though!
I went to Nimbin last time I was out. Now that is a freaky place _________________ "We do not see the world as it is, we see the world as we are" Anais Nin |

So I arrived here in Australia Saturday morning. Things are great, am having an awesome time all in some terrific weather
The only thing I'm missing currently is poker! My Dad doesn't have broadband yet (lol) so I have just the very limited internet access down here at the library. Should be another week or two until we get some home broadband...
Then all I have to put up with is him trying to prevent me from playing but yeh, nothing I can't deal with.
We'll be ballin lads. _________________ "We do not see the world as it is, we see the world as we are" Anais Nin |
