Not too enthusiastic about posting my graph right yet as it's quite laughable. A rough idea is, it goes down from +$400 to -$1800 or so over two very fast downswings lmao. Then I break even for like 20,000 hands or something. And finally in the last week I've shot back up to only down (lol) $600.
Yesterday was interesting, and very swingy. I started off the day basically going up $550. The evening session then just didn't go well at all, and I actually finished down something like $150 for the day overall. Probably about $200 of that was bad play I'd say, the rest was variance with draws not coming in, losing races etc.
Today has been another story. I have been running feckin hot. Everything's been going right just about (apart from overbet shoving air all in and getting looked up by bottom pair) and I find myself up $645.
So since Sunday, when this hot streak started, I'm up $1200
I'm not at all going to be letting this go to my head. I'm still going to be concentrating on playing good, solid, fundamentally sound poker. I'll be checking in regularly with Alex and Dom to see where there's tweaking to allow even further crushing .

Thats really awesome!
Good to hear your back on track mate. Down swings can really take their toll and its great you've learned how to pull yourself out of a deep one.
I cant wait to hear about your next update next week!

Well, it's been over 3 months since I last updated. At that point I'd started going on a tear at 100nl. That was short lived- I went to a mate's place and was playing on my Mac, and HUDless. That, and my foray into HU NLHE as somewhat of a noob/trying to play street poker vs some good regs resulted in me dropping about $2k or something whilst away; and more at the local casino due to what was only run bad imo.
I guess that kinda put me on life tilt, so it took me a while to play solid poker again (I continued losing at 50nl, and more recently at 25nl). Only stake I have an actual win rate at over a decent sample size is 10nl !
I have played most my volume at 10nl though...So anyway, about 3 weeks ago I started getting a few extra coaching sessions with a guy off 2+2, after advertising for help with my non-showdown winnings leaks. In 5 sessions we concentrated a lot on hand reading, limped pots, 3 way pots, continuation betting, barrelling and an absolute ton of correct bet sizing (especially in the small pots). The biggest change for me has been my whole approach to hand reading, I am actually thinking much more critically about hand ranges and how each segment of villains' range plays and reacts to different bet sizes. The results for my red line have been fantastic:

3rd with a nice win rate compared with others
Last week the Cash School was restarted with siminitt/Anthony as the new coach. I'm very happy with how the first two sessions went, siminitt reviewed DaHorse's and mine HEM databases and all our biggest winning and losing hands from the past month. We really spent a good 2 hours each session just analysing a small number of hands. siminitt is an awesome player and equally so a great coach! I'm very optimistic for what he and Broker have in store with the Cash School in future.
siminitt has let us sweat him twice in the last week too- it's great to see such an advanced player at 100nl/200nl 12 tabling! He also reviewed his biggest pots with us after.
So although my bankroll's taken a hit, I couldn't be more optimistic about how poker's looking right now. I urge people to get involved with the Cash School if they're at all interested in playing 6max; the value-for-money and sheer quality of the mentoring is exceptional.
P.S Off to Australia in 2 weeks, for 6 months!!! _________________ "We do not see the world as it is, we see the world as we are" Anais Nin
