Thanks for the advice guys it does really screw my head up, bad beats and stuff like that do need to take a break going to make a BR post on the thread i think.

No such thing as a silly question!

It's where you get together with other players and either watch each other play to exchange ideas and feed back or review each others games played through perhaps a hand history reviewer.
