To be honest guys I know I have nothing to prove and I have no idea why I get deffensive about some 2D views. Chicagory is probably the guy I respect the most in the HUSNG community and his comments, as always were fair.

Look at it like this.

In football there are many different styles of play. Everyone seems to prefer the Brazil (of old) Approach, attacking flair, all out attack style.

However, over the years there have been many teams that have bucked the trend. Wimbledon in the 80s and 90s were probably the first team to be successful with the "long ball" game. Every one hated it, it was ugly, but it got results. That is just one example, but it's the same kind of thing, some people don't like your methods, but there are an awful lot more that wish they had your results  Wink

From what I've seen on the 2+2 forum's comment's wise, It's like what www.esreality.com is for gamers.

Many a troll who go 'lol this sux' with a smattering of good players who give good feedback/criticism.

With learning to deal with such things playing on-line games (way too much Razz) it seems exactly the same as big online gaming sites..a fair few decent players who are really shortsighted and as I said before just go around saying 'n00b' and 'you sux' etc etc.

Just ignore the silly comment's, don't quote them, don't reply, you'll always get the trolls on site's like this unfortunately, the less you reply it's like the more aggravated they get until they eventually get bored because they have no one to troll against and move on to troll someone else's thread Smile

The guy who said something along the lines of 'limping 67os 150 bb's deep, I insta closed the site'. <-- I actually laughed, typical troll comment. Obviously not even taking a few minutes in to see why you are limping and that you adjust. Ignorance is bliss Smile

+1 for gingers.

You teach a basis of a style, nobody will ever follow it one hundred percent. You give the starting points and people go out and use it in the way that helps them. No reason to change or even think you have to defend yourself.

You teach how to adapt and why; the most important aspects of a successful poker strategy imo.  Don't get me wrong, I think the math side of poker is important, but seriously, ask phil ivey or patrik antonius how many in depth, mathematically confusing and convoluted ev calculations or w/e they made or how many poker books they read on their way to the top; the answer is not many.  They just learned how to best adapt to their opponents by spending countless hrs at the tables.  N e ways, the fact that you do still defend and question your playing shows that you're a humble person and I believe a lot of players at TAG are; which is why TAG is starting to draw so many players.
