betonline and problems

well im new to the site and im wondering?If anybody has problems with betonline.sometimes when im playing the poker client shuts down.and first this really bothered me but i wasnt playing for money so.....i just want to play poker and this site shuts down to much for me.does this happen to me and only me?i want to get this corrected and learn more abot playing poker so i can get money.i know theirs a lot of loose play there and this is my problem.because i dont want to deposit any money just to be shut down in a middle of a hand.so please if anyone has any news for me just reply Idea

Hello there and welcome to the site.

I never had any problems before up until today and for some reason I lost connection a few times in the space of an hour so I quit playing for the day and emailed their support to tell them about it.

Hi,

I've been having the exact same problems as you, for the last 3 days.
Can rarely log on, and when I finally can and start playing I loose connection to the site withing 10 minutes.

I contacted live support 2 days ago after loosing a bit of $$ to do a disconnect, and they said they are having problems with the poker room, and they it should be fixed within the day.

Lost 1 buy-in, because of a disconnect. Not sure where they money actually goes?
Not to my opponent since it was everybody at my table who disconnected, and it's not in my own account.

Anywho, I will withdraw my bankroll, not worth the risk.
Especially not after reading a few recent threads about BetOnline the last couple of months.
