win rate

For the levels at say 1s to 10s.... is it possible to maintain a win rate of around 60%?? over say a 2k sample volume?

im just messing around with numbers and not sure if its like over the top or something?
Brokerstar

I don't know what that is in ROI but I think 15% plus is easy to do at those stakes.
evprop

cool, my ROI is 18% and thats for a 61.2 win rate ty

so i guess 15% would be around 57ish%
Borg7

ROI= (winrate*win amount-cost)/cost

If we do it for $10s with a 60%, it's gonna be:

ROI= (0.6*20-10.5)/10.5 = 14.3%

60% winrate = 14.3% ROI

That's def sustainable at those stakes.

However, you shouldn't ask if a 60% winrate is sustainable over 2k games...any winrate is sustainable over 2k games, there is only a difference in the likelihood of the singular events which is based upon your true winrate.
What you should ask is if 60% can be your true winrate over an infinite number of games.

nice one for the added maths for roi formulas borg!!

Kinda lost me with ur afterthoughts lol but i get the idea Wink

Fact is, you will never know your true winrate. You will eventually know your true winrate within a few % of margin for error, but never will you know your actual winrate.

You won't ever know your true winrate within a few % of margin for error...All you can do is calculate confidence intervals in which your winrate is with a confidence probability of 90%, 95%, 99%,...Using 100% as a confidence probability however, won't do you any good because the solution is trivial.
So all you will ever be able to say is for example this:
There's a 95% chance that my true winrate is somewhere between 0.54 and 0.56. You will never be able to say that your true winrate is somewhere between 0.54 and 0.56.
evprop

could say im more than confident!!
