In general, since you are a beginner, don't play suited connectors at all against loose aggressive opponents.
You can't get a definit answer because your question is to general. Blind levels play a big part in what and what not to play. Also, there is loose and loose. If he bets every flop big then you will have to fold many flops. If he bets every flop small, you might get odds to play post flop for example.
AKs is ofcourse a suited connector but does not qualify as such in the question you are asking. AK and AQ are the nuts against LAG's
