Hey everyone,

Let me start off by introducing myself: I'm from the Netherlands and currently still in high school. I think it was October last year when I first got introduced to ''Poker'', as a friend of mine already played a bit and mentioned it would be a nice subject for a project.

The first thing I did when I got home was downloading PokerStars and within minutes I was hooked. After a month of playing freerolls and watching the high stakes tables I finally managed to win some dollars, which, of course, I lost within a week. I continued playing freerolls and kept on winning small prices, but lost those at the No Limit Full Ring Cash Games.

I first tried Heads Up in January I think, and just as my first experience with ''Poker'' as a whole I was hooked once again. I grinded till the sun stopped shining and before I knew it the clock showed me 3.30 AM. I was still inexperienced (didn't read any forums or strategic websites at all) but still got to a nice bankroll (around $150, which was a lot for me at the time).

I lost it all in about 2 weeks. I ''stopped'' (didn't play a lot) poker for a while.

Then March this year began, my friend ''Wap'' had $20 deposited on PokerStars and he told me I could grind it. As I played on PokerStars he played on Full Tilt. I first started reading forums and strategic posts and stuff, then tried to manage tilt and after a month I was almost ready to move up to the $5s. This line continued, I read and read, watched a lot of videos (thank you Brokerstar!) and finally I started grinding the $5s succesfully.

At the moment my bankroll is around $400 and I'm playing the $10s.

In this topic I will post daily developments along with some graphs if software/SharkScope allows me.

My goals are to get rolled for the $20s before mid June and to get an average ROI of above 10%.

So this was my first day since I opened my topic, I played about 25 HUSNG's and didn't run good at all causing my losses to be at $38,-.

Total of May: $150 - $38 = +$112,-

Tomorrow I'll be uploading some interesting hands as well.
