transfer poker notesI just got my new laptop and i'm wondering if there's a way to transfer player notes i had on my previous computer to my new one. I'm using stars btw.

no...... umm... you kept your player notes seperate?.... not on the poker sites you played on?
if your player notes are in a folder or something.... you could email them to yourself? burn them to disk? post them here, and retrieve them later? VPN?, over your network? memory stick?

There's definitely a way to export your notes, I did it b4...just can't find the option right now lol

The notes dont stay on the poker sites?...are they actually on your pc?.... now im confused....

There will be a configuration file for your notes on your machine, which then tells the notes function where to point to. Transfer this (USB Stick or something) over to your new laptop.

go to
C:\Users\*User name*\AppData\Local\PokerStars
and copy the file, notes.xml
and then your good

or... just go options , player notes , file location. Open it up e-mail it to urself , download it on ur laptop. install stars then options , player notes. Import
