Hey guys,

I’m starting a Bankroll thread looking to complete as many goals as I can over time and share with you my experiences along the way. In the past I’ve had to withdraw my BR and rely on the money. I have everything set up for me now so I don’t have to rely on actually making money from poker. I won’t be putting in great volume but I will be putting in enough that slowly over time I can move up stakes and just build my roll.

My only goal for now is to improve as a player whilst setting a challenge of going from 50 – 500 euros. I will be looking to play 25 reg speed games each week and a minimum of 100 games each month.

I started with 50 euro’s on .FR, playing the 3’s. I’ve played my first 100 games and doing really well. I’m now playing the 5’s and my BR is currently at 140.50. I’ll be updating my results after 50 or 100 games (haven’t decided yet). This won’t be a get money as quick as possible thread, all I’m looking for is to show improvement and build steady results overtime.

Just a little update. Been running pretty bad but only over 50 games which is expected over that sample i guess. I felt i have been playing well but could have played better at times. I guess thats what happens in downswings. Will post a graph @ 200 games.

Hey Guys!!

Been ages since i have updated this thread. I was on a downswing so i decided to take a few days off when i got offered a new contract at work which meant lots more hours/monies etc.

During my downswing i went from 150 to 97 euros playing the 5's. This is when i stopped playing. I have started again within the last week. I dropped down to the 3's and added in some 4 mans games as well. Been doing really well and i'm now back up to 147 euros. I think i might stay at the 3's until 200 as i've been building it quite quickly and i prefer to have more BI's etc.

Whats happened to Pokerstars.fr VPP system? It's now 2k VPP to get 10euros... Think it would be a good idea to move site where its less vpps for bonuses and less rake?

Getting close to the 300 game mark so will be updated soon. I find that i keep crushing, then go on a big downswing, then crush then downswing etc. I must be really inconsistent thats why if there is anyone willing to go over a few games of mine to help plug some leaks i would be really grateful!

i think you are doing well and shouldnt worry about a few downswings. your graph is looking like a lot of others who beat husngs.

im not brilliant at husngs but i dont mind reviewing a few games with you. you can see a good projection in your graph, keep grinding and sticking at it!! everyone hits a period of variance.

Hey guys!

Last 100 games have been pretty swingy. I think its because i'm just inconsistent as a player and need to plug my leaks. Feel like i'm playing ok and found a few times where i was just running dead against some maniacs but fairly happy with my play overall.

I was playing today and realised that i need to start thinking much more positive and have confidence in my play and not suprisingly (cause this is how we all should think) i started to do much better.

Anyway here is my graph and my BR is sitting @ 158.92 euros. Anyone free to talk about poker or go over eachothers game then add me on skype!

Hey guys,

Only played 40 games since last update but i carried on the upswing to about 189 euros which is my highest point but once again i go on a downswing and i'm currently sitting @ 156 euros.

I have alot of leaks to plug as i think my swings shouldnt be as rough as there are but i guess that could be the power of variance as well.

Anyone that is free to go over some game or can recommend a decent free recording software that actually works! (cam studio is being a b****) then please get back to me. Really need some insight into my game so if no one is free i would like to record and post a video on here.

Hey guys!!!!

Been about a month since i last updated properly but as i said before this won't be the quickest BR thread. I've played another 100 games and things seem to be going well. I've moved up to the 5's and had some reviews from doodiewiz (many many thanks!!)

BR stands @ 211.56 Euros and I'm running 4% below EV, good thing? I will be moving into my new house next week so i wont be able to play as much but this should mean when i'm settled i will be able to get more volume in on a monthly basis.

Still open for anyone to talk about poker, review hands, games or anything in general then add me on skype.
