the big picture

Hey guys.

I used to be a loosing player but have watched enough videos
and am halfway through brokers course to be doing pretty good
at the 7$ turbos on stars. I have reached 200$ from my last refill
of 40$ little over a month ago.

I am at a point now where I understand how much i have left to
learn. Where before i switched between thinking i know all there
is, to thinking there is way too much to learn, now I am beginning
to see the big picture.

The purpose of this post is for me to identify all the important aspects
of the game to the point where i can say "once i know these I know
the game".
This is what i have gathered so far, and i need your help correcting
and adding to it. I have little to moderate understanding of these aspects.

Identifying the opponent type.
Putting opponent on a hand range
EV
Pott/Implied odds.
Equity
Hand strengts

then there is bankroll management and the mental aspects.

What else is there? and which of these are most important relating to HUSNG'S.

Thank you.

Edit: it was too long

I'd say put the mental aspect on the top of the list.

The normal swings in HUSNG's are pretty big, specially in turbos.

When you are not yet feeling solid about your game (as I am) then you might be playing good for a long time without seeing results coming.
You need to know how to stay focused and keep your A game up.

Having patience and discipline is the most important thing when playing low stakes I think.

Got to admit, patience and focus are two major factors in winning at this game at the lower levels, if not all.  With the fundamentals you pick up from Brokers course, and material in both the videos and forums, you will be well on your way to becoming a winning player.

If i could make a suggestion and that is to work on one aspect you might be struggling with at a time, and you might find that it will sink it better, than trying to learn everything about everything at once.  Just a thought.

thx for the replies

i have become alot more patient recently . It took moving up to a higher stake prematurely but where i felt i could justify putting in the time it takes to finish a patiently palyed game. then it came naturally.

This is pretty much what i needed to hear.
the reason for my post was that when i watch brokers videos and he talks about his opponents range and the equity in the hand etc, aspects i haven't fully learned yet, makes me wonder how much more time i should be putting into to doing so, and how much else there is to learn.
