Tagpoker october 2010 shootoutLets again announce it a little earlier this time. It seems that together with the later starting time it works out a little that more people join.

You can only register when you have the password. I can not publish the password here (according to PokerStars rules) because this is a public forum. Just send me a private message or post a message here in this thread and I will then send you the password so you can register. Brokerstar will also send an announcement to all members with the password a few days ahead of the start of the tournament.

are these ever played on FT? I don't have an account at stars (well actually I owe them $18-long story). I would play on FT but what time is UK time? I'm -8 GMT (west coast of states) and I'm too lazy to figure it out

We tried FT in the past but it did not attrackt more entries so I sticked to stars. It's a lot easier there to set up.

When it starts, there usualy are between 10 and 20 people playing. They just sign up in the last few days.

hey guys,
i'm interested in participating but this is my first time
just had a few quick questions... the 21:00 UK is what time in canadian eastern time? (eastern time is GMT -5:00)
i tried looking it up and it showed 8:43, when it was 3:43 here.. so i'm guessing the tournament would be at 16:00 standard eastern time?
and also, is this happening on pokerstars or fulltilt?
if someone who'll be there for sure wouldn't mind, could I pm my skype contact so that you can help me through the registration, because i have no idea how to get to a password locked tournament, never been to one of those.. i'll check this msg board again to find out what time the tourney will start for me and i'll try to be there early to make sure i can get in..

oh and to spice up competition..
just a fair warning... everyone better watch out... i'm planning on winning this ().. i've been practicing my micro (starcraft 2 term, ask me if ur confused by it) for the last 53 hours and plan on pulling all nighters till the tournament till my index finger is 0.003 seconds faster than it already is! don't be surprised when you get raised so fast your computer crashes!

hey forced, are you sure it's 7pm?
i checked online and it's 1:41 where you are now (PST) and right now it's 4:41 where I am (EST)... so a 4pm tournament for me would be 1pm tournament for you...

TOURNAMENT TIMEhey forced.. here's what i did to double check..
log into pokerstars.. go to requets and click on 'find tournament' or just click on 'control + T' on the main screen and type in this tournament ID (308271933 ) and press okay to bring up the actual tournament lobby and it has all the details there..
btw.. make sure that your actual timezone on the bottom right of your main screen, near the cashier sign, is correct, so that it tells you at what time the tournament is, based on your timezone...

haha thx, dont remember our game that well, it was crazy i was regged for 3 games on ftp, and got no action all day, and suddenly i got sat at all at same time and the match vs you started i was just clicking random buttons, i remember checking back the nuts in a 50$ DS game because i couldnt focus on anything :p
yeah haha, i must say tho, corb had me drawing really thin, i got lucky there i honestly admit it, he played very solidly , didnt deserve to win the game vs him, sorry corb
