This is less a rule and more an ideal. Tagpoker is my life and it's my sincere wish that the forums are a place where everyone gets on. We're all on the same team, heading in the same direction and the forums are a platform to enable us all to do that.

We all started as fish

In this forum there is no such thing as a silly question as we all started off in much the same place when we were trying to figure this game out. New members should feel really comfortable asking the 'silly questions' as a problem I see in many other poker forums is ego maniacs with God complexes enjoying making other people look and feel stupid for not having the same understanding of the game as they do.

Alternative forums if you just can't help but be a dick

Luckily most Tagpoker members are awesome, friendly, helpful and frankly make this place a joy to come to everyday. If while reading this you feel that inside yourself a burning desire to be rude, sarcastic or come out with sayings like 'in before downswing', 'fish on a heater' or 'OMFG what were you thinking??' (as opposed to trying to help someone's understanding). If you just feel that the only way to make yourself feel good for the day is to make others feel dumb or you just plain and simply have negativity coursing through your veins then I have the perfect, alternate poker training site for you to visit.

Spamming

Spamming the forums with links to other affiliate sites or anything similar is not allowed. You'll start off by simply getting your links deleted and a mild warning but repeat offenders will be banned.

Simples.    

Conclusion

I can't think of too many other things to put as I do want this to be an open place where people are free to essentially do what they like but just in a respectful way. The vibe here is cool and friendly and that to me is what makes this place, much more than the free videos that I put up. You guys make this site great so lets never let each other down with negativity.

Thank you all so much. You may think I've given you a lot in terms of videos but you all, in the forums have given me so much more.

I definatly agree, im sure the the saying is "prevention is better than a cure" and i would have to agree that the saying is very true.

Not naming any names, I don't know any, but the more you tell some people not to do stuff, the more they just can't help themselves  

It's a great site, and the people who really want to get better on this site, by putting in the work, and taking out of it what they need, have got better. There are some people who will always be fish, cos they don't have the required determination to work hard at improving. That is a good thing imo, there needs to be fish left in the sea  

As the site evolves, and grows, there are always going to be different characters, that don't quite fit, it's the way of the world.
