It's a childrens party, simular to Christmas. (we are greedy, we celebrate both Sinterklaas and Christmas ) So it might be that I am not playing because my visitors have not left by the time the tournament starts. I got to play kanitey... weird match, I felt he was trying to put a lot of pressure on me, with A LOT of chips behind, since this was only the 8th hand, I desided to shove 99 (wanted him to cool down a little) however, nobody is folding AK pre and we had a showdown.... wich I won. Damn, worst player winning, I hate that LOL_fatty tried to finish his match fast also. He had hjbear down to 600 chips when they got it all in with AJ - TT. lol flopped a J, bear rivered his inside straight draw... I love pokerstars for keeping it exiting Just a minute later, Shakazuluf against Jayoh1981, AK - JJ, all in pre flop, jay flopped a set, the the board was showing a straight by the river for a split. Seems it's a night for some desiding rivercards today.... I appreciate the effort though for trying to make the matches last short so I don't have to wait to long LOL_fatty finaly managed to finish off hjbear and about 2 minutes later bptripping finished of bubbletown on a board of 8T6T8, with a full house over a full house. No shame in going out with that I would say. Shakazulu and JayOh started flippin, K8 could not beat A3 and Jay now had 5200 chips. Now it realy was flipping time for shaka and he doubled up with K9 against T3. Then he again doubled up with QQ against A7... and they were back to even. So much for finaly ending the second round Blinds 100-200 by now... and they got it in with AJ against TJ, and Jay won with AJ. IN THE MONEY !! on to round 3 golden the match was to short!, wish it went longer ,would've been a good match. i knew you felt like i was outta hand, so when you shoved it was either i had you dominated or you had a medium pair. It's an angry smiley.... that alone gives me the impression he is way better than I am Jay got of to a good start. By the end of the first blind level, he had 9500 chips against 2500 chips. Then in the second level, he managed to get it in with KT, having flopped top pair, against AA.... and hitting his K on the river.... running like that, I am curious who can beat him in the final So far bptripping does not realy want to be beaten. He managed to fold when I had a full house, he managed to fold when I had a straight and when I had a good top pair hand.... and then, with him only having 1600 chips left and me reverting to Nash, he managed to have AQ when I shoved K2. Yikes, As said, he does not want to be beaten By now, we are almost back to where we started.... I just think lost concentration & that coupled with the fact he was raising a ton of buttons figured a 3bet might get through. Hindsight tells me he wasn't folding to many of my 3bets & once he shoved I should prob give it up. Not sure though if you should give up when I shove. At first I thought the same, but I talked about it with sausage and he pointed me to the fact that your stack by then was fairly short. (unfortunatly do not have it in HEM since I am not running that so can not see how short it realy was) If I remember correctly you were getting close to 2-1 on a call... that realy is to good to fold at that point, hence, a very good reason for just calling my initial raise.... I think I value towned myself a few times betting two streets with mid pair for you to have top pair each time!! grrr I even ended up folding QQ on an 8 high board I think when you check raised me on the turn. Think you said you had a set of 2's, I don't know I thought you turned two pair given that was your only CR of the match when OOP. In any case gg.
