Sharkscope allowed on FullTilt?

I'm thinking about getting a sharkscope subscription. Is it allowed to use sharkscope when I play?
I just browsed through FullTilt's terms and conditions and it says under point 10.3:
"We prohibit the use of external player assistance programs (EPA programs) which are designed to provide an "unfair advantage" to players. [...] In this clause 10.3 an "unfair advantage" is gained where a player accesses or compiles information on other players beyond that which the player has personally observed through the player's own game play."

So I guess it's prohibited to look somebody up before you sit them. But what if you look him up after the game started?
Do you use sharkscope when you play?

I don't think it is allowed, but I'm pretty sure they have no way of finding out unless you specifically say you have scoped them.

Say you play high stakes and therefore play FT pros regularly. Does that mean you'd need to stop watching any poker tv shows that show a FT pro playing? Because you're gaining info on them right?

I think that clause is there more for the huds that use shared hand historys like poker edge, giving you precise statistics like VPIP on pretty much everyone sitting at your table, even if it's the first time you've played them. The advantage of that is far beyond simply looking up someones av. stakes and ROI on sharkscope.

Strictly speaking however, I'm sure that clause does still forbid sharkscope searches on people you're playing. I doubt many really care though.

Imo It's not clear. Recently Jungleman12 said that if players don't use stats against him, they can't get an edge over him. He admits to use them publicly and some FT Pros also admit to use it.

Personally I'm not using it although I've used it in the past. I'm not using it because I feel that:

1: It's better to only start using when you really have your game down, when through your own observations you can figure it out &

2: If you're using it you need to know how to read those stats, which is by itself a whole new area (for me).

i think it is allowed, at least SS still updates and serports FT on there systems so i can't see why it wouldn't be!

It 100 % isn't allowed. However as said, Unless you go on the chat box telling players you scoped them, or saying stuff about their stats, there is no real way they can prove it. (I think)

I find it weird. I know of a Red Team Pro that even has vids of himself playing w/other players stats clearly appearing, and I think in one occasion he even comments some of those stats...
Nishido

Sharkscope stats? Or stats he's acquired himself with HEM or something?
Refraction

HM Stats.
Nishido

I believe hold'em manager stats are perfectly fine, as long as they're stats you've acquired yourself and aren't part of some shared HH database like poker-edge.

You're right, sorry. Was distracted.

HEM is legal, Sharkscope is prohibited, but not enforced.

I reported a guy who brought up my sharkscope stats and they said it wasn't a bannable offense.

I've got a subscription.

Full Tilt is trying to filter it out. I've only got 1 game from today and 3 from the week showing, when I've played 44.

Oh, thank god. I'm happy, I read somewhere that Full Tilt was blocking out sharkscope, so happy they're not.

Will it be able to catch up on the missed games, do you know? Or will it just start going from games after it's fixed?
