Some things I do:

- Keep drinking water, like constantly.
- Regularly pee between like every set.
- Keep Nash open in the background.
- Make sure my notes box is always open.

Some things I avoid:

- Eating anything.
- Surfing the internet.
- Using Skype.
- Masturbating.

whats nash? yea i think that would help alot. but with internet allways there " with great powers comes great responsibilty" lol
YATHINNK

Nash equilibrium. It focuses on a shoving range for 20 BB effective stack sizes. Effective stack being the shortest one. I.e stacks of 2000 1000 the effective stack is 1000.

If you Google nash equilibrium poker, then it should bring it up on holdemresources. It's useful, its basically an unexploitable shoving range. It's not necessarily the best way to play endgame but it does come up in the forum when discussing some hands.

Definitely worth familiarising yourself with it.

Stuffing ?

Seriously, erm Sage and Nash are unexploitable shoving and calling ranges. You can find them by doing a google search.

I did it for  you, it took far less time than you spent posting asking what it was.

No chart, not forum post, no piece of advice, is going to make you in to a good player. You have to put some hard work in to it. I have and I'm still average, but I constantly work at it.

Sage and Nash are useful, as are a few other things, but the biggest thing you can do, is watch what your opponents do, take it in, and work out how to exploit them. That will get you much further than looking for instant solutions.

This isn't meant to sound harsh, but if you want to get better, this post will help you, I assure you.

I would side with letting the wife stay in room, but only on condition she does the masturbating for you...defo +EV with both hands free...right hand for mouse control, left hand for drinking, rolling, eating etc

Never heard of Nas or Sage bit I will def be studying them if it will improve my game.

Would this kind of thing come in handy when I'm stuck in a situation with agro maniac open shoving every other hand and I'm getting short stacked?

Yes it will depending on the stack sizes. Just read up on it and then ask questions about anything that perhaps still doesn't make sense.

I don't tend to use Nash a tonne. I prefer to have more control over the endgame and literally just take it as it comes. But yeah if I was playing a total moron then I'd just shove instead of minraising him.

But that's not a case of nash, I'd shove more than is recommended on nash just cause even some of the loosest players won't call shoves with like JT, or Q9, even if it's mathmatically correct to do so.

Nash is a guide for every game and because every player is so different I don't see how people live by it for every single game that they play.
