Got mine weekly, sometimes I get the email a few days after friday but it always lands on Friday.

As far as I'm aware everyone gets it on a Friday and there shouldn't be any issues..

Some affiliates don't pay some weeks if you haven't generated enough, and will hold it until you have. I think the minimum I get is $10 or something like that.

Got rakeback from a dutch site.
they also pay out weekly
i'll contact them when it hasn't deposited in a week.

Do they have a tracker?
Fulltilt makes deductions on your MGR for basically anything, like deposit fees, spending FTP's, even overlays in tournaments.
If you recently made a deposit or something, your MGR could be -$15, so you would not get anything for the first $15 you generate.
