polarise range

Hi all,

I've heard the expression - 'polarise your range'
Could someone give me an explanation of this please.

It basically means mixing in bluffs with your value hands, so villain doesn't know you just are betting for value, or just betting as a bluff, and then can't play well (or optimally) against you easily.
