Pokerstars vs FT

Which one to choose? I just turned back to play HU SNGs and been playing on FT, but the sharkscope is not working and I can't bumhunt. Very Happy Also I am planning to get staked later and sharkscope would be cruical.
But FT has rakeback every week, but on pokerstars my rakeback will be much lower with the volume I play. Also which games load up faster?

Pokerstars has higher trafffic if that's what you mean?

You don't need to have SS to be staked. There are other ways of tracking and proving your results.

They are both good sites to play on , but Pokerstars just edges it imo.

Yeah, plus bumhunting isn't entirely necessary either so not having SS to bumhunt isn't a big deal.

I never do it. If I play Full Tilt and the queue is huge, I will Shark Scope some players then, and just sit the worst of the regs, rather than wait an hour for a game.

The games fill up very fast on Stars also as there's only one lobby, therefore bumhunting on Stars is near impossible at the lower stakes.

It's just not worth the effort. You soon get to know the names of any decent players. I quite like sitting regfish, it really tilts them when they keep asking for chops, and you just play  Very Happy

That's another point actually. As far as I'm aware there is no chop option on Stars which means that should you actually wanna split it becomes harder as you have to trust the other person to ship the funds.

I never ever chop, but at least on Full Tilt, you can make them pay the rake if they want to chop, otherwise you are just bleeding money if you chop often. Personally don't see the point at the $50s an below, cos the players just aren't good enough to warrant it, especially if they are asking for a chop, they clearly don't like playing anyone other than fish.
