Harrington on Holdem is the best poker book I have read, bar none. It's a bit old now, but it really does explain well how to think logically about hands. Volumes 1 and 2 are great, Volume 3 isn't all that great, but worth a read if you get the 3 as a package.
It isn't about heads up, but it I am certain you will take something from it

Hey man I'm almost certain you posted these books with the best of intensions and love the fact that you're helping others, do keep it up but there is a bit of a line between promoting books for free when I too know a couple of the authors personally.

The best book you are going to find is the book you write yourself:

Someone has compiled a great collection for hu:

But I have found the perfect software to keep track of them... AND IT IS FREE
http://www.spacejock.com/yWriter5.html?yWriter5
It is for people who are writing books. How I use it is I have a chapter on a topic like you do and then cut and paste the post or article I want to save. I've copied a bunch from Cardplayer and Bluff Magazine. I also can paste in the address as an active link. This software is great because it has a ton of notetaking abilities. You can highlight parts in multiple colours.
I also have it set up for record keeping. I set 12 chapters for months and everyday is a new scene. I paste this as a template into everyday:
Session Review
Bankroll:
Time/Start: End: Elasped: hrs
Number of Games Played: Record:
Final Total Day
Tourneys
ROI%
ITM%
Win
Time
$/hr
1)
2)
3)
4)
5)
6)
7)
Opponent/Record/Type
General Evaluation of Play:
Leakbust Position Review:
*****************************Hand Histories**********************************
Missed Value Bets
Bad Calls
Pair treeness
Hand Review:
1) Was the PF range you assign to villain(s) fit their profile and their actual holdings?
2) What was the SPR/STSR?
3) Based on the actual range, and your range, what was your equity? (Pokerstove)
4) How did the betting action influence there continuation range? (Flopzilla)
5) What was your plan? Did you execute it?
6) Did you notice any leaks (missed value, loose call, misuse of FE, etc.) - note these in your notepad
7) Big Pot report.
This is a partial list of the stuff I have in it.
[chapter] Self Evaluation.
[scene] Words of Wisdom.
[scene] Improvements on grinding routine..
[scene] Strengths? .
[scene] Leaks.
[scene] Breath Taking

Was Gordon's Blue book any good?
The little green book was the first poker book i've read and honestly i believe it is exactly that.
The best book to read as your first poker book.
