played my 10 games today

so how did i go

well set lost to str8

got beat by 2 sets

ak lost to 22

nothing  hits

and so on

lost my first 6 games  all to weaker opponents
i won the 7th nicely

lost the 8 th 9nth and 10 th

great day

well that is it for husng today

non of my opponents today had a clue  i got them to fold when they should have called
but they just got the better of me every time it was critical

yesterday by contrast i won a total of 6 out of 7 games

so i will have look at some hokie greg  vids

also listened to jarrod tendler talking to an englishman by the name of  George

it was very interesting and i could see some of myself in this man
so I am not tilted and i did not think i should win because i deserve it
and that they should lose because I am infinitely better player than they were

later guys dont let it get you down when you  lose 9 out of 10 games

Out of curiosity, why do you not post some of these hands for evaluation ?

A video can be long and tedious for people to look over, but to post up some hands, with notes on villains would be far more beneficial.  Could be a major reason why you are travelling at HUSNG like you do.

yeah the best way to improve is to post a hand where you didn't know what to do (I sincerely doubt you had a plan for every single hand and it was just a case of a bad run of cards).

It seems you haven't done that before- try to post similar to something like this:

http://tagpoker.myfastforum.org/about13.html

It'll be good if you could post what reads you have of your opponent, as well as your explanation of what you did in the hand (this only helps you learn), e.g.:

*Title* (something like $10 reg speed line check)
*converted hh goes here* (you should hide results)
*reads* (e.g. villain limped as few buttons and 3xes the rest, never open folds- J5o is in his limping range and A9s is in his 3x range (went to showdown). He also cbet close to 100%, and stabs in limped pots when I check to him otf. This is his first raise otr).
*thoughts* (checked flop since he cbets most of the time, ott I checked since there is more value check calling because of his high cbet %- his range mostly air type hands, and the river I had to bet for value since he checked back turn- I called his raise since he isn't representing much).

Then of course you can post what you specifically want answers for- in the example here it's probably the river play.

Reading articles/watching videos will only get you so far. The actual way to improve is to play, and think about hands yourself. And if you are not a genius, there is going to be LOTS of spots where you have no clue whatsoever no matter how much you've studied (if you are a genius, there will still be some of these spots). Posting hhs and discussing/thinking through them logically, partricularly trying to understand why some people disagree is the best/most efficient way to improve in poker (it's what I've done up to now tbh). The same goes for posting replies to other people's hhs. Try to post in a logical manner, and if you disagree somewhere, make sure to put accross your thought process clearly for the discussion.

Anyway, gl at the tables and happy 2012,

I bet you hate those jokes where you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page

i will make my posts the full width of the page in the future, I had no idea I was offending people with the style I was writing in .

It's obviously not offensive, but if you want to ask for advice, it's better if your posts are more readable tbh.
