Perma Chat Ban

Sort of a brag as I don't know how much of an arsehole you have to be to get it. But Stars have banned my chat until further notice. How do I get it back? Or do I just literally have to wait it out?

My chats banned most of the time tbf but I always get it back within 24 hours.

They've just took it away until they decide now basically.

I really run my mouth when someone says something to me at a table and I go way too far if they flame me or something. I may or may not have been a little racist towards the Germans and said some things about a history they might not be too proud of..

ahahahahah Razz well if you have been chat banned multiple times then you may what to email stars and appologise, but tbh your probally banned for a month or somthing tbh

Chat box is  -EV in on most ocassions in my experience. I rarely put it on now. Focus on your game.

Don't get me wrong I have had my moments as much as the next man, but in the end, just bash them up at the tables, it's far more rewarding.

haha, I pretty much avoid the chat. On full tilt I snap-click ignore chat as soon as someone starts running their mouth.

I must admit, I have had a few run ins with regs who constantly sit me. Sort of, "Have you come back to donate a few more buy ins" Smile

But yeah, I agree, in general it's best just to leave it

In all the time ive been playing online, best part of 4 years ive had chat turned off. Puts you off your game. Can force you into bad decisions just to get your own back on someone and teach them a lesson eh?? Besides, if i wanna chat i go on msn, if i wanna play poker i go on Stars.

the only thing i use the chat for is cursing FT when the bad river comes. but it doesnt really throw off my game. It kinda reliefs me. you know instead of holding it in. get it out of your system so you can focus on crushing the opponent.

same with i rarely watch tv because there are so many things that annoys me and i curse at the tv all the time i cant stop it annoys me so much Razz and dont curse in front of your children. I have never done it but as far as ive seen its generally not a good idea.

Its not a case of wanting to talk to someone. Its more of the fact that they'll say something, and I'll chase them and run my mouth at them till I can't find them anymore.


Bad for hourly, though.
