This is a really exciting deal that I have put together with the help of Pokerstars.fr  (The French version of the .com site). As I understand it, most people from Europe are allowed to play on the site as well as having a Pokerstars.com account.


What are the benefits for playing on Pokerstars.fr??

1) You get free one on one coaching with me which will be live game reviews and leak finding sessions using Skype and teamviewer. We will set up a study program that means we plug any leaks found and then set goals for our next training session to ensure that your game has a solid progression.

2)  Pokerstars.fr is reported to be one of the safest poker rooms out there in terms of holding your money. In light of what happened with Full Tilt I for one am being extra selective about where I'll place my bankroll.

3) Pokerstars.fr  is widely considered to have by far the highest fish to reg ratio which is why some higher stakes grinders have migrated there recently.

4) Table regeneration much like they had on Full Tilt. Pokerstars.COM has one of the most annoying lobbies for HUSNG grinders as you have to wait for regs that are already sitting to get a game before you can sit (assuming you're not looking for reg wars). How much coaching will you get and how do you get it?

Starting from the 5 euro games you get one coaching session for your first 100 games played at each level plus if you haven't had it already, you will get access to my condensed training course material. If you have been a condensed course student already then you will get two 1-1 session during your first buy in level.

So in brief:

1) you join Pokerstars.fr and play 100 games at the minimum of 5 euro games. You then get access to the condensed course material and you have your first 1-1 game review session. I then give you your homework/ study plan for the leaks that we found and you incorporate them into your game.

2 You then move up to the next stake level and play your first 100 games there. After that we will get back together and see how you're doing in the new stakes. We'll look at how well you have adjusted your game since our previous session and address/ plug any new leaks that present themselves to us in this session.

3 We just keep repeating the process until we get you playing as high as you feel that you can.

So this is a real chance to play on a very soft poker site with lots of fish and get free 1-1 coaching to help you get to where you want to be much faster than just watching videos and reading books.

How sure are you that we're allowed another account on the French site?  If I got my account banned on pokerstars.com I would be pretty much all over for me :/

hey broker.. can Canadian players play here? and if so, is there a minimum number of games we gotta play (like with the staked games)? just cause i don't have much time for volume, but wouldn't mind doing this at my own pace...

well i've signed up, really hope i don't get told off by pokerstars.com for having two accounts D: - they've let me sign up with the same email atleast so I should be ok.  Does anyone know if we are allowed to claim the new deposit bonus?

So I tried to make an account here and it said if I do not have a European bank account, and I make a deposit my account would be shut down and funds frozen...

Is it possible to just transfer funds to a friend and have him cash out for you? I dunno... but i would assume that's the way to go.

You wont get "Told off" Grounded and sent to your room.

Definitely interested in this, will sign up now and shoot you an email. I'd have signed up for this when you offered it previously via email for new Stars accounts, but I wasn't sure if non-French users could sign up to the .fr version.

I've been trying to keep up a volume of 10 games a day (aiming for 50 a week) since I got your foundation course - is this high enough volume for this offer?

Edit - that last statement sounded pretty dumb. I know it's 100 games then a 1-1, but what I mean is, is there any time limit on completing the 100?

I am extremely keen but what are those of us without European bank accounts meant to do about cashing out?  They have many options for depositing but for withdrawing, only do bank/wire transfers to European bank accounts. An unfortunate impasse for some of us, it would seem.

Just to answer a few questions that I have had both in this thread and via email.

1) Yes it is perfectly fine to have a stars.com and.fr account as they are differnt sites essentially.

2) You need to have a European bank account and this is also fine for English accounts.

3) I will be working with players in both reg speeds and turbos as I have been doing a lot of work on my short stacked game recently and focusing on adjustments for different player types for under 30bb play.

4) This is only available for new accounts using the sign up details in the original post.

5) You will get a first deposit bonus of 100% up to 500 Euros with the bonus code provided.

What a shame.  I was just "penning" my email application as the software was downloading and installing.  It was a very complimentary email that not only included my eagerness to receive coaching but my desire to join Pokerstars and especially for Dom to benefit by joining through his referral system.  However, this whole EU bank account business stopped me in my tracks.

Can anyone suggest a solution?  Dom, would you consider a similar offer through the .com arm of PS for those of us in other parts of the world?

Yes you need to be European for this offer.

Let me check some details and I may be able to do the same on Pokerstars.com but it WILL have to be a new account on there and you can only have one. Pokerstars are really cracking down on anything that is not 100% above board after what happened with Full Tilt and I would hate for anyone to lose their funds due to trying to open a second Stars account to grind out this coaching deal.

Im just about to finish making my first deposit on .fr, still havent seen anywhere to put in a bonus code. isnt it supposed to ask for it when making the deposit? ..or have i missed it.

Hee Dom,

Can i reserve a spot? I am currently on vacation and not really in a opportunity to open an .fr account and do a deposit. I'll be back home august 20.
If this is not possible let me know, in that case ill find a way to make a account immediately.

Is  a deposit 125 euro enough to get things going on .fr?

Hello there.

This offer has now finished I'm afraid.  

In fact all of the poker room offers have stopped for the poker course just simply because all of about 3 people actually played in the sites in question and everyone else just got the training and left so it didn't work out well for me or the poker rooms.

Surely they must have realises this would be the case? I mean people aren't gonna play on low traffic sites, with no rakeback or decent bonuses for no good reason.

I'm sure if it was PokerStars people would be more inclined to stick around. Not sure that is possible, just sayin  Very Happy
