My career starts today!After a couple of years of mixed results I have identified my bankroll management is rubbish and my play leaves a lot to be desired. Although I have also identified that I'm a decent heads up player. Having just won $200 in a $2, 500 seat rebuy so I have decided to put my heads up play to the test. I am using the forum as I'm always reading everybody else's bankroll building blogs and learn a lot plus I know I will stick to my bankroll rules so not to look rubbish to hundreds of respected poker players. So here goes...
Nothing radical just No more than 5% of my roll for buy in HUSNGs and the few MTTs I play I will use no more than 2%. But the focus is heavily on HUSNGs.
I'm going to record my games to playback and learn from and I'll post my results on here every few days.
my $200 is already $240 due to last 2 days results at $11/22 HUSNG turbos.
So I'll be starting playing $11 turbo's.

Give up!!Shortest challenege ever! This morning i played 7 husng lost 5 won 2 then lost a $22 husng on tilt although had my kings outdrawn all in against AQ. So then played a $55 and won so my bankroll is intact ($220) but again it shows i tilt to easily and will never make any progress untill this gets fixed. No more posts on this challenge as it wont be happening.

cheer up mate. I know how tilt can ruin everything. Luckily for us there are people to help with that. talk to friends and there are also a few coaches that offer tilt control help and stuff.

As for advice, don't play turbos.. 
Reg speeds are much easier.

Thanks brokerI'm playing normal speed already after my poor play this morning. My bankroll is the same as I started now $240. I need to learn to deal with swings. Play solid poker but as soon as I lose 3+ in a row I chase it and make idiotic moves TILT isn't the word. I even know it's happening and carry on playing!?

Push the power button off on computer instantly and if you dont think its enough cut trough the power cable and throw it away.
And than ask yourself, do i have nice bankroll management?

don't let anyone tell you there aren't swings in HUSNG's, there are and alot of them!!!!! all you need to do is now that there are swings and that if you play optiumly in all your games there is nothing else you can ask for and that varience will swing your way i the long run!
This coming from someone who is 1.5 standard deviations below my winrate (mathmatical chance of this happening is 18% - aka i run terrible at the moment but im just going to plug away at the games)
I hope everything works out for you mate, i now that tilt is still somthing i find very hard to cope with but hopfully you find away round it, best of luck.
