Mid/Low pair; wet flop; loose opponent that chase draws...?

Quick question;

Generally speaking (which I understand is difficult in poker since each hand often depends on certain specifics), if you have bottom/mid pair on a pretty wet flop, against someone that chases a lot of their draws, should you bet the flop/turn/river? Or is there literally no general rule on the matter on is based solely on how loose you think your opponent is calling? I always seem to chicken out in these sorts of spots and just try to get to showdown as cheaply as possible and tend to just bail when facing standard bets.

Any advice?

Thanks.

Very player dependant and on what cards fall,but I find that betting the flop and turn, you get bluffed less on the river. If you bet the flop, check the turn, you are just asking to get bluffed on the river. Some players aren't capable of bluffing, some will do it regardless though, so it is very player dependant.

If you are trying to get value from draws, remember that on a wet flop you are a flip or worse against a lot of draws with bottom pair. It also depends a lot on your opponent's aggression and also your position.
