When calculating EV am I meant to add my bet to the total pot and multiply by the equity or is it just the profit I multiply by the equity?

EG.
Hero(BB) A6o Villian(BTN) range is 70% Equity= 54.663% Vs 45.337%
Villain raises to 80 hero has to call 60
Is the equation (100 x 0.54663) - (60 x 0.45337) or (160 x 0.54663) - (60 x 0.45337)

For anyone that's interested you only multiply the profit
(100 x 0.54663) - (60 x 0.45337) in this case.
