Kanitey BR build (On tilt addition)I came up with a random idea. When ever im on a break from my normal grind(If im on tilt or in between sessions), I'll grind my $10 Br on FTP starting with $1 games.
So my Tilt session for the day went as: 4 tables of $1 at once for an hour.
gonna continue 4 tableling through out or else ill lose patience.
BR@ $20.25

yep contact rakebackpros.com for rakeback
as to having a tilt roll - i do somthing similear with cash, if i had a bad session or i don't feel like im on my A game I'll throw up 4 tables of 2NL and just grind hands, so i can't see much harm in doing it tbh

I have a tilt roll, it is my main account, and it goes down now and then , when I have tilt sessions! In general I don't tilt, I stop playing now and then if I things are getting the better of me, but I rarely go on uber tilt, I don't like burning money.
It's an okay idea, but I'm not that keen on it to be honest, I'd rather focus my energy on controlling my tilt, rather than teaching my brain it's okay I can go elsewhere and burn some money off.
Each to their own though.

your probbaly right that training your brain is better than just monky tilting at micro stakes.
intrestingly though im sure that some of the high stakes pros in HUSNG and cash etc are know for moving down to the micro stakes and just spewing money to help then destress! while i think spewing isn't good i think just moving down to stakes along way below your usall stakes is fine as long as your actually putting some kind of effort in imo.

Yeah, I know a lot of good players that do it, so nothing wrong with it if it helps. Just think it could become a habit to super spew if your not careful.

Instead of playing very small games I play something weird for fun. I like to play 2-7 Kansas City Lowball or Stud Hi-Lo
