sngwizard is always good, as it has pre defined touney structures already (+ you can make custom ones)
you can't use it during play (it wont open if FTP client is open) but they are all quite fiddly any way ingame as you have to define BB , stack size and ranges. best to concentrate and focus on the game, and work out icm etc post play, you will very quickly get a feel for correct situations etc
