Holdem ManagerHey guys. Got the HEM free trail and i can't import my hands from pokerstars. Ive saved my hand histories from stars and have the auto import located to that folder. Any advice? |

Sorry dude, that was my only input & even then I evidently neglected to read everything you wrote!

Do you have PS installed in english?
If it's in other language HEM doesn't understand it. |

and you see HH's in that folder you've added to HEM auto-import? |

I'm gonna give the link a try when i get home cause i'm at work. What i have done so far is saved my HH so they go to the pokerstars HH folder. I've then gone into my HEM and located that folder and set it up to auto import. I then played today and it imported 2 files but nothing happened... |

hmm very wierd. Is the HUD working or not??? also have you selected your name at the top of the tourny section when you go to look at your games? if this is your first time with HEM most people miss that!
Also if its the HUD not working make sure you have tables manager runnig (that extra box that pops up when you tell it to auto import) if you don't have that running you can't have a HUD hope somthing there helps, also tell me what your trying to do with HEM if you can't get it working and i can give a more detailed guide

I might of missed that. How do i select my name?? My hud does work aswell. |

I just had a pop up that says my HEM is not registered properly.. Is that meant to come up on a free trial? | ||||

yes. if i remember correctly mine did that too till i purchased a copy. once you purchase a copy that message will no longer show up. | ||||

Ah ok. But that shouldn't have any effect on importing my hands should it? |

nope, and i know what your probalem is now  be prepearred for a longish giude, i'll put screenshots in
first open up hem run auto inport and turn off auto inport (just makes sure it has all of your hands) ok now go to this screen (click on 1 )
now click on change (2) you'll see this box in which you need to type your name like below 
you'll then get somenames that are very similer to yours (if you have only played on 1 site its very likly you obly get 1 name) click on the on that is yours and then click on selesct (for example below i've click on my pokerstars sn) 
after you have done this all you games will pop up and you'll be able to see the hands etc etc.. write back on if this works or not

How do i copy hands so i can post on here? |

yer i think i remmber having to guess at it when i got HEM 
to post hands: select game, hands then are desplayed below, right click on the hand you want and select "copy hand to clip board" - then just follow the guide here http://tagpoker.myfastforum.org/about13.html to get the hand online and in the right format
