Hem

HEM has recorded all my games correctly but for some reason my winnings aren't the correct amount. Anyone happen to know the reason or willing to take a quick peak? Everything has been fine until today.

I'm pretty rubbish with HEM but BMM knows a bit more about it.

Just go to data view, double click the tourney and manually edit the winnings.

figured it out lol. I had a 10 euro bonus come through which i didn't notice.

Hey guys, didnt want to make a new post but another problem with HEM. My hud doesnt appear when i play any HU on pokerstars.com even though it still imports all my hands and my hud is set to all HU/ all sites. thoughts??

Have you checked in hud options ( seating preferences ) and that you are set on the right seat number for hu ? just a thought you prob already checked this.

are you using the default configuration or one you downloaded or created ?

made my own, it works on pokerstars.fr but doesnt appear on .com

Ok something you could try is going into the default config and under use for if its set to pokerstars change it to another site say fulltilt or whatever anything but stars as sometimes the default config conflicts with your custom one if they are both set to the same site , worth trying mate.

Hey guys, still really struggling to get my HUD to work. It works for husngs, 6 max but not HU cash. Any willing to help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Add pjvanschaik@hotmail.com to your msg he is a moderator on the holdem manager forums ask to book in a  team viewer session , he helped me when i couldnt get my hud working one time very helpful and nice guy. Hope you get it sorted dude.

ok a little more info, is it not appearing at all or the wrong hud? have you got the latest version? does the table manger see the cash tables at all?

I havent got HEM 2 but my hud does appear when i review hands and also appears when i check previous hands whilst playing on pokerstars. My HUD is fine and works for all games except HUcash. My hands all import and store fine.

no don't use HEM 2 its bad imo! just the lastest HEM1 version.

ok def sounds like a "table manger" problem, next time you play can you posta sreen shot of your tables and the table manager as weel so i can get an idea of whats going on Smile
