Hello everyone! New to HUSNGS and trying to improve my game.

Hi !

Firstly i want to apologise for my bad
english since it’s not my first language.

Something about me ..

.. I started with freerolls (not kidding lol) and won few bucks here
and there. After that i moved my ~10$ to BODOG and played 2.20$ Beginners until i had ~150$.
Few months ago i decided to try HUSNGS...Full Ring SNGS were really boring especially cuz i was one tabling them most of the time.
Unfortunately i suck at Heads Up and losed 70 $ playing 5$ reg speeds.
All i have is ~80 bucks now and it makes me really sad...not cuz i losed so big money or something(still decent $ anyway) its cuz it took many hours to make that money at Beginners lol and i also have to face the fact that i’m a fish in a game which i love the most.

And he was dreaming about building a nice bankroll without ever making a deposit

Fail ?

About this site ..

.. I found that site by missclicking on something...best accident so far.

Laughing

I mean...these videos are really-really good.
I would like to say thank you to Brokerstar for sharing all this valuable
information for free.
I’m really trying to improve myself now...looking these videos again and again...also making all kind of notes on the paper to think about.

welcome mate! yea it doesn't matter how much money you lose, nobody likes losing! with $80 i would stick at the $2 games. Have a look at some bankroll management articles and choose whatever suits you though  Very Happy

Definitely $2 games .
However, with the same style i'm going to lose even more at the 2$(%)...cuz of the increased rake which is nice...or not.
So I really need to work on my game.

Hey bro,

I was in a familiar situation to yourself. I found this site and took Brokers course in Sep 2010. Its a really nice community with excellent resources. Keep at it and start the $50 - $500 challenge. You've made $80 already!

We have a section for starting Bank roll blogs/threads that will help you keep on track.

Gl my man and welcome to tag!

Thank you !
I know enough about bankroll management already.
Need to find my leaks now.
I found myself  tilting sometimes...just removed my first leak.  Laughing
My biggest problem (and a leak aswell) seems to be not understanding which type of player i’m against..LAG and TAG for example.
And all that adjusting...not my cup of tea at the moment.

Just played one  2$+0.20 tournament at stars...
Blinds were 25 50.
Had pocket tens preflop and limped with them cuz he attacked my limps frequently.
Unfortunately he checked and  flop was 665 (with flush possibility)
I made a bet 50 and he raised it to 150.
I automitacally shoved ~1,3k chips cuz hey its 2$+0.20 he will call me with 5x,ace high, flush draw, straight draw or total junk.

Well...i’m not sure i made correct play here cuz he was passive postflop...didn’t raise me with air.. gave up tons of flops  without any fight (i usually made half pot bet) and since he didn’t attack my limp preflop i  don’t see many aces in his range he might call with( maybe AK,AQ?)
It’s funny that he actually called that shove with total junk...Q4o .
But still ...

Well the phrase "not your cup of tea" means you don't like it.
