Happy anniversary Tagpoker forum!!! 2 Years.2 Years Old
Wow I can't believe it's been two years since starting this forum, the time has really flown by! In that time we have watched the likes of Borg, Kierkegaard1, Red Dog, lbtrading, Aggs all go from $2 games to some of the highest stake HUSNG games online. Proudest Moments I have had so many high lights and fond memories from you guys in this forum. Firstly helping some micros and small stakes guys with their game to then see them go on and become frankly awesome and people that I would happily go to for poker advice now. The sense of community here has been the best I have ever seen anywhere let alone poker forums. You guys have amazed and inspired me so often with how selfless many of you have been with your time and advice. Having a calm place to come to. I'm so competitive when I'm at the tables that playing any sort of challenge can bring out the worst in me as I know it does others but this place is a haven of friendly faces (or avatars) and a kind of poker unity that your friends that don't play poker will never be able to provide. Seeing the forum grow organically, slowly but surely with so many really cool people and the amount of winning graphs that get posted at all stakes just makes me think, you know what? This place rocks!!! So I just want to again say happy anniversary and a huge thank you to you guys as not only would this place not exist without you but wouldn't be half as cool if you all had the standard '2+2' (in before doom switch, fish on a heater, lol sample size) attitudes that make so many other poker forums so uninviting. It puts a huge smile on my face to know that people are improving and becoming winners. Some go on to be high stakes pros, some have a second income and some have some extra beer money (or treat the Mrs to dinner money). But no matter how seriously you pursue the games the sheer fact that there is a dramatic change to your results puts a huge smile on my face. Don't get me wrong, I'm no Mother Terrisa. I do work on the site to make money but if I can make a living and help bring positive change to other peoples life then that to me is the definition of job satisfaction and the reason I will always give you content made to the very best of my ability.
