From the bottom up.

I have a couple of BR building threads that aren't really about BR building. They were made when I was already doing alright and playing decent games and its hard to document a roll build when you've already built one to a decent size.

So I made the conscious decision to build from scratch from the start of December, starting from the $1.50s on Stars.

I will try and keep this updated with regards to how many games I play but my volume is one of my weakest points as I like to 1 table the turbos. So I have only managed to play 50 $1.50s so far, but I built my roll to a size big enough to move up to the $3.50s.

This is what it all looks like so far

Like I said, I will update as and when I can/remember to as I only average about 10 games a day.

Yeah it will probably take a while but it got to the point where I'm playing for fun anyway so I figured I'd take it from the very bottom as my husngs started at the 5s when I first gave them a go .

Nothing wrong with it at all, I have done it many times, and always succeeded to build a roll. (Having a few more problems this time, but I'll get there)

I don't play anything for fun btw, I take defeat personally  Evil or Very Mad

That's a good trait to have I think. As it inspires you to play your best every time. I find myself becoming way too relaxed sometimes as I don't really have any reaction to losing.

Losing is for losers, have never been good at it to be honest. I don't get angry with anyone else, other than myself.

P.S

Do you ever go on Skype anymore, I need some advice. It's not poker,or sex related.

Basicallly only played minimal amounts at the low stakes games and it's become quite a sporadic graph because of this lack of volume.

Move up smoothly from the 1.50s and then the real swingy bit in the middle is the 3.50 shootouts I played.

Hopefully push on now the Christmas period is settled, but with travelling in the next few months it will be tricky. But it's something I think I am more than capable of doing, with consistent volume.
YATHINNK

Ran through 1.50s, 3.50s and now halfway through 7s. Maybe picking spots at the 15s with super loose bankroll management sometime soon but doing fine so far.

Mixture of run bad and different stake levels means that my graph looks all over the place. Playing 7s atm but being strict on BRM if I drop under 17 BI.

Pardon me, but I think you might be in the wrong thread. Wink

Grinding out a decent amount the past couple of weeks, decent upswing means that my roll is growing pretty rapidly.

YATHINNK

Nearly two weeks since I updated and looking to pick spots at the 15's atm.

Some hypers mixed into there but majority are turbos/reg speeds, split pretty evenly.

Not playing a huge amount of volume as trying to balance funds for IRL.

Current graph stands like this:

Well rolled for the 7s and have a BR that could take a shot at the 15s as long as I moved down when necessary, however, I may have to make a withdrawal due to needing the funds IRL.

This means I may be looking for a stake at some point, preferablly at the 15s + playing any format that the backer is most proficient in. I'd love to take an opportunity to learn from it as well as play during the stake.

This isn't set in stone at the moment but its something I'd definitely like to put out there if anybody is interested as I feel I have a tonne to give and there are a lot of members on this site that would vouch for me/my abilities to beat the games.
