folding top pair

hey guys.. i saw borg's vid and i was really impressed when he folded top pair of nines with 7 kicker to a minraise... could someone share his toughts about it? I would never ever fold it to a minraise and maybe thats why i have a 12% roi..

i dont really understand.. he could buy another card hoping to catch 2 pair or trips dont u think?

I didn't see the vid , but I am guessing that Borg had some kind of previous, and had a read that this guy only min raises with the nuts, so hitting two pair or trips would just lose him his stack.

Maybe something else, but I can assure you , everything Borg does, he does for a reason  Very Happy

I don't remember the hand either tbh. I'll be glad to explain you my thought process if you post a link to the video and say where exactly the spot came up.

First thing I noticed was an amazing music selection...open up a vid and start listening Sunday Bloody Sunday is awesome!!!!   Very Happy

Borg what are the stats you have on the vid?

I think I would call that specific hand, he can make that with a huge range, so many draws...I would prefer to call and evalueate the turn.

Very good vid

Without exceptional reads, it's definitely a call.
Not exactly sure why I folded...I usually don't take that much time neither pre flop nor post flop so maybe I was distracted or something (making excuses obv)
