EV winnings

Do any of you think that the EV winnings line in Holdem manger is worth paying attention to (as far as HUSNGs are concerned)
It seems a little off to me, never seems to go up or down the correct amount (1 buy-in)
If I'm missing something or any of you know how to sort that out let me know.

It wont go up by a buy in amount as such, unless you get two full stacks in as a 100% favourite.

Every  t$ has a $ value.

If you get full stacks in as a 70% favourite, then you will get 70% of the EV$, And your opponent will get 30% of the EV$

If stacks aren't even, say you have 1000 chips, and you get it in with 70% equity, then only the effective stack, which is yours will be used in the calculation. So what ever 1000 chips converts to in $ev (1/3 of the total prize pool I would imagine in this case) Then you will get 70% of that in EV.

I'm not that good at explaining it, and others can feel free to pull me up, but thats the jist of it.

Edit

To answer the question, it's not worth pulling your hair out over, it gives you an idea of how you are running in all in situations. If you are losing games, and running above ev, then I would say you have a problem. The theory is, it should all even out over a large sample size. 3000 odd games in my database, and it isn't that far out now, but I don't think even that is anywhere near big enough.

Ignore it. Too many people use it as an excuse to justify how badly they are running. This is a form of tilt and effects how positively and confidently you play your sessions during runbad.

concentrate your non table time on plugging leaks, enjoying your social life - this makes your playing time more possitive which results in more natural aggression.
BetMagicMoney

yep its pointless for HUSNG's

focus on your game and don't worry about it!
