Calling big check raise.

I called this big checkraise in a deep husng and wonder if I should have folded.  Player was very tight but, also spewy with any pairs.  He did have a 17pc raise preflop stat so I could eliminate any pairs (he played these very aggro and spewy) and I think aces would be out too.  Sorry I don't know how to use pokerstove to do a complicated equity problem where I can input various hand combinations that I think he could have or what other program would be easier to do it on.  Game flow had me really beating him and he would go on tilt i.e. make unusually large sized raises that didn't make any sense.  I did see him make a tight passive play where he called my turn cr with a pair and flushdraw and then just called on river when he made two pair.  I won that hand with bigger two pair and he went on tilt after it.

What I would like is help in figuring out equity vs a range of various combinations.

And should this have been a fold because of it being an overbet?  It was ~ 25bb call into a tiny pot.  Just based on that I think I should have folded.  Wonder how much consideration I should give to his only having a small stack and being able to end game then and that I would not be hurt by call?

With his stack dwindling, his range for this kind of spew is quite wide. You will be behind quite often, but you aren't doing to badly against his entire range for this.

I call, and hope to end the match there and then, if not, you are still in decent shape against a bad player.

U need 47% equity to call and u have that against his range. The only time u don't have the equity to call is when he has flopped a set.
On such a drawy board, I'll insta call.

(Give me some ranges you are thinking of, I'll be happy to calculate the equity for you)

First Q: If he's so tight, why do you limp pre? 97s is a raising hand imo.

About the actual hand: I'm snapcalling here. You're ahead of any flushdraw or straightdraw, you're ahead of several pairs, and you have a bunch of outs against 2 pairs, overpairs, sets and even the made straight.

And as suggested earlier: Try to come up with a range, and somebody will stove it for you.

I figured out how stove for hearts only.

Given him a range that would be any pair, flush draw and any straight draw I am like 66% so even the overshove is profitable to call.  I kind of intuited this from knowing I had top pair, flush draw and a backdoor straight draw.
