Brazillian Jiu JitsuBragAlex Reid has just started training back down our club which will be great for the gym as he has lots of fan boys now that will hopefully come and join in just because he's there. We had a great spar today and it feels good to hold your own against someone like him. Beat I popped my knee and I'm fighting in four weeks!!

No not at all. We've trained together on and off since I was 16 and he's a really nice guy, he is really one of the worlds nice guys. Maybe not the sharpest tool in the box but a heart of gold. | ||

I took someone down and landed badly on my knee and twisted it. Now I have what looks like a tennis ball sticking out where my knee once was. |
