Beating winning low stakes players?I've just made the move up from $5 to $10 turbo games on Pokerstars. Before each game I try to look up the opponent on pokerprolabs, and I've noticed there seems to be a much higher % of regs with a winning record and a good amount of games than there was at the $5 level.
These players tend to be more solid, aggressive and harder to read, and it is difficult for me to get much of a handle on how they're playing as they don't go to showdown all that often. Obviously they still have leaks to exploit, else they'd be playing higher than $10.43 turbos, but currently I can't seem to pick them out and end up just leaking chips. Does anyone have any tips as a starting point, and can anyone point me in the direction of some good videos to watch against TAG regs?

Check out brokers vids. There's definitely some tag vids in there. I don't know what PS is like but the guys at FT suck balls and are very similar to the 5s. Very ocassionaly it feels like a real challenge. Generally if they're playing tight I donk/cbet lots of pots and if I feel they're loosening up I start betting more for value and less bluffs and switch again if they tighten up. Don't know if that's correct but seems to work...don't forget to look at their bet sizing, common lines, what they mean etc...I always have the notes open and type as I'm playing trying to get a handle on them without having to remember everything...GL
PS: I'm sure you'll get some more expert advice!

TAGs play too tight OOP so raise and cbet IP is good. Also small raises or bets in spots where villain rarely has much is good as well. For example check raising dry boards, stabbing scare cards, etc. works well against most tags who won't get creative.

Raise cbet a ton until they start 3betting u (which they prob wont do) if they start floating ur cbets start double barreling scare cards (overcards that turn to the two unders that isnt likely to improve his range) etc. Start 3betting a wider range and also start to check raise more boards and barrel off on safe turns. I would say stack off on rivers but you dont need to make any type of advanced multi street bluffs against "Regs" at these stakes as they are really not "thinking" players as such.
