Beat - Carbon Poker scumbags

This is just a complaint post about Carbon and a warning to all to avoid the site.

First off, I always have to go through the poker client to be able to be logged into my account while navigating their site. Logging in fresh on the site doesn't work. It logs me in for the page I'm on, then when I go to a different link, I'm logged out again.
I made a withdrawal of my bankroll from Carbon. It took about a month to get processed. But that process only led to them telling me I have to verify my account by printing out their PDF form, filling it out, and sending them an e-mail of it along with photo ID. Well I don't have a printer at home so I had to wait til the next day. Lo and behold, that next day I find they've cancelled my withdrawal already. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICE IS THAT?!
They don't respond to customers in the forums. Customer support tends to be vague and try to get you to go away as quick as possible (this is what I hear from others, so take with a grain of salt).

Overall they just give the impression of making it super easy to get your money into your account, but getting any of that money back takes as much dedication and patience as winning the WSOP main event.

dood i lived this for 2 months i will never play a single hand of poker on one of there sites. the service sucked the site had my worst runbad on it. the one thing is i did get my money.

I'm going to forward this to one of carbons Affiliate Managers to see what they say.

I've had a few complaints about them now and don't want to be working with a site that doesn't look out for it's players and customers.

They receive a lot of complaints every month due to their services, software function and a lot more. Do they have a live support team available?

I've not had a problem with withdrawing and I've found their customer service to be fantastic. Quite honestly I don't know what all the fuss is about going from my personal experience.  Rolling Eyes
