An Aggro Station

What do you do, when you have a guy that will bet the minimum 95% of flops and bet the minimum on the turn? The thing is, you don't hit anything!
Brokerstar, I have 2 games (very good chance 3, as I'm plying him again right now) for you to look at.  I plyed all of these horribly.

EDIT: I won the last match, but still these are the three I want you to review in our 1 on 1.  I was 1-2 vs the guy.  I should have been 3-0.  He was horrible. I guess I was worse though.  I have so many leaks, I need to watch the videos a few more times before I play again.

both.  I wasn't raising that much, I was limping quite abit.
But like I said in the edit, I played horribly.  I wanted to play, but I guess my brain didn't want to play.

propbably some things u can do , u need to find out if he folds to 3bets , does he fold to raises pre etc? you will find there is generally something you can do to keep your stack up until you hit and if hes as aggro as you say you just need to call down lighter.

we'll take a look at the games for sure but when facing players that min bet into me a lot then I look to test them early to see if they fold when I apply pressure.

I may make a small raise in position either on a dry flop that they can't have too much on or when I hit some kind of hand like top pair or even a good middle pair (the latter is a value raise).

If the guy snap folds then I may of picked up some kind of timing tell too that can help me move him off more hands or if he's snap calling really wide then I know I can make these value raises with weaker hands (i.e not wait for the nuts).

But as I said I'll look forward to seeing the games in our review session.

I would hazzard a guess and say this might be a common problem ... I've struggled a bit with it as well.

I found it kind of frustrating, but I'm starting to experiment and finding that controlled aggression on dry flops when in position seems to work well.

Like aggsy said, there's usually something you can do that works. Just don't let him value town you and try to keep a level head.

(If I can follow my own advice soon I'll be ecstatic, ha)

Check out Negreanu's book.  Think he talked about this in it.
