You need to host it on a site like ImageShack first. ImageShack will give you a link. You see that Img button above this text entry box (towards the right hand side)? Click that, then copy and paste the link ImageShack gives you, then click it again  .

you don't have to use imageshack
there is a link that ses attach file under where you write a reply (make sure you click the postreply button) you can then upload any image and have it desplayed on the tagpokerfourm
