Account BalancingHey guys, got a quick Q here.
Want to start skimming my account whatever I make over X amount each month and just take that out, so for example anything over $5k I make for the month I'd take out and leave $5k in.
How many BIs do you think is a good amount to have before I do this??
Currently playing anywhere from the $50s - $100s, but mainly $80s and $100s.

I think the withdraw methods where you pay yourself an hourly rate or a fixed percentage of your roi is better long term. You still want to grow your bankroll in case of really big downswings. Also don't you want to ever move up?

Yes I still want to move up, but I don't want to move up till a bit now, so I'm happy playing at the stake's that I currenty do atleast for a few months.

I'd say 50 is okay if you are beating the games quite comfortably. Just take anything over that out, and save any you want for your roll at a later date.

Ok thanks for the replies, I'm only going to be saving it anyway, so I could always plough it back in if need be, just feel better having some out of my poker account rather then everything in it!

It's a good idea mate. Feels like your hard work is actually worth something, rather than just a number that goes up and down in your cashier window.
