I tilted bad - not good and played this 1 game way above my BR and i have a total of 5 buyins at this level lol. I'm sure we've all done something like this before? Last hand against some dude whose a reg - he also commented earlier on my play and just said "terrible"....lol....needless to say i was very results orientated this game...Smile

What made you play a $200 game (out of interest)

Hard to describe why tbh. I was looking round the higher stakes games and was watching a few that were running and the thought just popped into my head that i could play just one and it was ok because i was prepared to lose the money and can easily regrind i feel anyway at the 15/30s. I'm not saying its a cool thing to do because it's obviously blatant gambling. Thing is i can be a bit frivolous with my poker BR because it isn't what i do for a living, but I would like to get to the 100-300 dollar level one day as a recreational player if that's possible. I also play the game for fun/strategy/ as much as the money aspect...I'm sure a few of us do:) Ever had a shot at a higher buyin you weren't rolled for Blazing?

I've never had a shot at the higher stakes even when I was rolled for it  Laughing  I had 5k in my Full Tilt account once up on a time, and I never played a $100 game. Think it's cos I am a bit older, bit more conservative. Good luck to you I say.

Why not move up to the $60s now mate, pretty sure you will beat them.

Blazing - i withdrew about 700 dollars of my BR and bought an antique pocket watch amongst other stuff, so unfortunately not rolled for it as my roll is about a $1000 now - told you i was a bit frivolous with poker money...have a look: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2706945...=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_5021wt_1163 ....BTW I readlly do think you should have taken a few shots. I'm a bit older(35) then a lot of the nippers here too...Smile

50 EUROS. Although its not the same as $200 it was under a similar mentality.

Same age as me then mate ! Well I am 36 in December.

I often wish I had gone for it, while I was on the crest of a wave. I don't have nearly the edge, or the confidence in myself I did then.

No wasn't you reddog:) Been getting no love in the chatbox lately....here's the full sng as there seems to be a bit of interest...feel free to tell me how bad i play...i often play the first few hands passively and i run pretty hot....i think i definitely make a mistake on a paired board when i miss some value on the river and I think I get min value from a hand where i flop the nuts on another paired board...
