I am not that successful poker player so now its time to change it. My biggest problem is tilt control. So let see how we can manage it. I will be using FPDB (Free Poker Database) to record graphs and stats. Sorry about the big pics I show but I try to make them smaller but... I play turbos mainly.

Note to myself, dont play PL Holdem games anymore. I accidently regged there instead of PL Omaha. I lost game and decided I can get it to profit side. 43 games later I managed to get little bit over $1 profit. Sick. Roi about 1.8% PL Holdem.

Second note don't chase losses too much.

NL Holdem 21-10
PL Omaha 9-7
PL Omaha/8 1-0
PL Holdem 24-20
92 games total

It wasn't first time I "flipped" against this guy (villain had crappy holdings) when 3 bet action. Plus he 3 betted 6 times in row against my raise(plus raises included when in button/sb). And he lost big pot against me (normal non flip pot) and started raising every hand after that.

Is that enough details? Smile

This hand isn't really strong enough for me to be limp/ raising with.

If I know that I'm facing a player that is hyper loose and aggressive and will often call limp/ raises or play back at them with a wide range then the limp/ raise is a play that I use but often have a much stronger hand in this spot.

If he's really punishing limps with any two cards then I'd sooner limp/ shove than limp, 3 bet because in a lot of cases you'll end up in a really ugly spot.

In reality I want to play A2 in position and if a guy is really punishing my limps a lot then I'd likely min raise with this kind of hand.

I think on the whole, if you play your weak aces this way (although it worked out in this hand) you'll end up losing money because this pattern of play is one you'll often see when you're hand is dominated.

I don't play that way normally. It was just this opponent. Perhaps little bit loose from me but yeah limp/shove would been better option. BUT it was PL Holdem so you cant shove... just raise pot.
