Tag Poker league

Hey guys and girls.

I have been talking to Sausage and he had an idea for a Tagpoker league which would run to the end of the year. Some other members have also expressed an interest in something similar as they can't always make the Tagpoker shhotout.

Below is Sausages proposal and let's use this thread to gauge interest and suggestions.

Sausage

I would like to get a HUSNG league going for the forum members.

The league will work like this:

1. A league will consist of up to a maximum of 8 players (if more than 8 people want to join there will be more than 1 league).
2. Each player in a league will play each other players over a series of 5 HUSNGs in one single session.
3. All matches will be played at $5 reg speeds on FT or $5 turbo speeds on PS, unless mutually agreed otherwise by both players.
4. Matches can be played at any time between the league starting date and the league closing date.
5. It is the responsibility of the players in the league to arrange the matches themselves via PM & Skype etc.
6. Players are awarded 3 points for a win & 1 point for a loss.
7. In the event of any matches not being completed by the closing dates both players are awarded 0 points unless one of the players can show the league organiser strong evidence through PMs,IMs etc. that they have made every effort to arrange the match. In this case that player will be awarded 3 points and their opponent 0.
8. In the event of 2 players being tied on points positions will be decided based on the difference between games won and games lost (e.g. a 4-1 win is superior to a 3-2 win. For this purpose forfeited games as in 7 above will be classed as a 5-0 win.

Signups will close on 30th September 2010.

The league(s) will start on 3rd October 2010 and finish on 31st December 2010.

Chance of number one place been awared HH review by broker??? just an idea! Maybe move the matchs down to $2 games (if both players agree) just so we can get some of the super micro people involved???

But your right the most important thing is to get everyone playing there games.

Couldn't the stakes for the games played, just be decided between the two people playing any given game. Then they could play a stake they are both comfortable with.

For example, if Red_Dog were to play Kierk (Hypothetically) I am sure they wouldn't really want to play for $5

But $5 for some people is a huge chunk of their bankroll.
